  • Step 1 - Mix the dough, liquid first and add the butter after the first mixing

    Pour the ingredients into the bowl of a spiral mixer, liquids first, except for the butter that you will keep in the fridge until you need it.

    Mix at first speed until the dough is no longer sticky
