Farm Chicken in Morel Sauce
There are two way to rehydrates the morels:
- in a bowl with cold water the day before.
- in a bowl with warm water 1 hour to 30 minute before.

Inspect the Dried Morels: Before rehydrating, inspect the dried morels for any visible dirt or debris. You may want to give them a quick rinse under running water to remove any surface contaminants. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Weight and Soak: To ensure that the morels rehydrate evenly and thoroughly, place a weight or something heavy on top of them to keep them submerged in the water. This helps prevent any floating mushrooms from remaining dry.
